Project Description:There are more gangue and carbon mudstone in lignite, which affect the heating value of thermal coal.Howevery, lignite has the feature of degradation in water, the traditional water washing ways is not adviced, dry coal processing is best ways for upgrading coal quality,no slime produced,no coal waste.

Flowchart & Configuration

Our team designed a 3000t/h dry coal preparation plant, after crushed and screened stage,lump coal ranged from 70-25mm in the ROM is feed into FX-50A dry coal processing system,which we can control separating efficiency upto 95%;fine coal ranged from 25-0mm is supplied to SID/F-9 fine coal intelligent dry coal washing system.The both clean coal streams produced from 2 sets of dry coal prep plant are mixed & deliveried to warehouse for selling, the ash in mixed clean coal is reduced to 27% from 46% in ROM,calorific is increased by 3400kcal/kg from original 2800kcal/kg; the 95% gangue in ROM are removed as tailing streams.

Custer Production Evaluation

1. Lignite is easy to be degradation in coal washery plant, but there is 0 slime produced after dry coal separations, so no need to prepare slime storage, which saves slime transportation and treatment costs;

2. Besides,there is 0 coal waste in lignite dry coal processing stage,so increasing economic benefits;

3. After coal upgrading by FX dry coal preparations,the sales channels of product lignite are extended,increase economic benefit;
